Tai Chi works on strength, balance, and range of motion. This class will greatly benefit those with limited mobility, Parkinson's, arthritis, fibromyalgia and more.
Ages: 13 years old and up!
Classes are held in group exercise room #1 on Thursday from 5:00-6:00pm
