Orange Group – Swimmers capable of a 5000 yard or greater workouts.  These swimmers have achieved most of Kentucky “A” times, some National “BB” times and proficient in all 4 competitive strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle). Training focussed on competition.

Black Group – Swimmers capable of a 2500 4000 yard or greater workout.  These swimmers have achieved some Kentucky “A” times, some National “BB” times and proficient in all 4 competitive strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle).  Training Focused on competition.

Red Group – Developmental Group – Must be capable of swimming 25 without stopping.  Focus will be on stroke techniques, and starts and turns.

All Swim Team Members must be Telford YMCA members.

Signups September 10st  from 5:30 -7:30 p.m.

Former Team Members sign up at 5:30

 

Orange	$50	M-F 3:30 – 5:30
Black	$45	M- F3:30 – 5:00
Red	$40	M-TH 3:30 – 4:30
